Upon purchase, please provide some time for the ticket to process. Your ticket will be sent to you within 48 hours after confirming your payment.
By purchasing the General Admission ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Registration & Payment
• All ticket purchases are final upon successful payment confirmation.
• A confirmation email with your entry QR code will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of purchase.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless prior written approval is obtained from the organiser.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are strictly final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been processed.
• In the event of a cancellation request, the ticket may be transferred to another individual subject to organiser approval at least 5 working days before the event date.
• Green Generation Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse transfer requests made after this period.
3. Event Changes
• Green Generation Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify the event programme, speakers, or schedule without prior notice.
• In the unlikely event the conference is postponed or cancelled by the organiser, registered attendees will be notified via email and offered either a ticket transfer to the rescheduled date, or a full refund.
• Note: Refunds are only applicable if the organiser cancels the event — not for attendee cancellations.
4. Entry & Verification
• Attendees must present their QR code ticket (digital or printed) at registration.
• Valid photo identification (MyKad/Passport) may be requested for verification.
• The organiser reserves the right to deny entry to unverified attendees.
5. Code of Conduct
• All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
• The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
6. Photography & Media
• The event may be photographed or recorded for documentation and promotional purposes.
• By attending, you consent to your image being used in Green Generation's official communications and social media.
7. Liability
• Green Generation Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event.
• Attendees participate at their own risk.
8. Data Privacy
• Personal information collected during registration is used solely for event administration purposes.
• Data is handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
9. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
